Welcome to SAEREL Literary (“SAEREL,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by Samuel. By accessing our website, creating an account, browsing the catalogue, reading in the digital Reading Room, or purchasing physical copies, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. User Accounts & Single-Session Security

When you create an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and account credentials.

Single Active Session Policy: To protect digital author rights and prevent unauthorized sharing, each SAEREL account supports only one active logged-in session at a time. Logging in from a new device, browser, or IP address will automatically and securely log out any previous sessions.

3. Digital Reading Room License

Digital access purchased on SAEREL grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and read the unlocked book scans within our web-based Reading Room interface for personal, non-commercial use.

You may not download, rip, scrape, reproduce, capture, redistribute, broadcast, or sublicense any page scans or text from the Reading Room. Violation of this license may result in immediate account termination without refund.

4. Print Orders & WhatsApp Fulfillment

Physical book orders placed on our website include worldwide delivery. Once an order is initiated, our team confirms the order, payment, and delivery details directly via WhatsApp.

Orders are processed upon confirmation of payment. If a physical book arrives damaged or misprinted, please contact our support within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will gladly arrange a replacement copy.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All titles, prose, poems, cover artworks, typography, logos, and visual elements displayed on this website are the intellectual property of SAEREL Publishing House and respective authors, protected by copyright and international intellectual property laws.

6. Reader Reviews & Submissions

Readers are encouraged to leave reflections and reviews. By submitting a review, you grant SAEREL a non-exclusive license to display your text and pen name publicly on our site and marketing materials. All reviews are subject to editorial moderation.

7. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. SAEREL does not warrant that services will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SAEREL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
