• Account Information: Your full name, email address, and cryptographically hashed password when you create an account.
• Order & Fulfillment Information: For physical book deliveries, your shipping address, postal code, recipient name, and phone number for WhatsApp order coordination.
• Publishing Inquiries: Author names, contact information, and manuscript descriptions submitted through our “Publish With Us” form.
• Reader Reflections: Name/pen name, star ratings, and written reviews you submit for moderation.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information exclusively for:

• Providing access to unlocked digital titles in the Reading Room.
• Coordinating payment confirmations and tracking physical book deliveries via WhatsApp.
• Maintaining account security, including single-device session integrity.
• Responding to author publishing inquiries.

4. Cookies & Session Identifiers

We use strictly functional HTTP-only cookies (saerel_session) to maintain your secure authenticated state and enforce single-session security. We do NOT use third-party advertising trackers, cross-site trackers, or marketing analytics cookies.

Your passwords are encrypted using industry-standard bcrypt hashing (12 rounds) and are never stored in plaintext. All network traffic between your browser and our servers is encrypted in transit via SSL/TLS.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information with third parties. Data is only shared with logistics carriers strictly as required to deliver physical book orders to your address.

7. Your Rights & Data Control
